trail camera
I've been told that when using a trail camera that at night the flash of the camera will spook the deer and they won't come back to that area. In the past I have had pictures of deer taken at night and they come back in a few nights and get there pictures taken again. And sometimes I get a picture of a big buck at night and never get another picture of him. So did I spook the deer or not. Should I get a infrared camera? Need answers

Re: trail camera
In my experiences with trail cameras, I do not think deer are scared by the flash at all. I usually get numerous pictures of the same deer throughout the summer and the flash does not seem to bother them at all. Therefore, I do not think you are spooking the deer. Personally, I have never owned an infared camera but I am sure those work great too.

Re: trail camera
I don't think it spooks the deer that much. But to be on the safe side I use a infrered camera so that I don't spook them.
